Cancellation policy

This policy covers Glance subscriptions, which are the purchase option sold in our store.

How your subscription works

Glance is billed as a recurring subscription. The price and billing period of your plan are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation email.
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, and the payment method on file is charged, until you cancel.
We will notify you in advance before any price change takes effect. The new price applies from your next billing period after the notice.

How to cancel

You can cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee:

In Glance, open Settings → Account → Manage account…, or sign in to your account on our website.
Open your Glance subscription and choose Cancel subscription.

If you have trouble cancelling, email support@glanceapp.app with the email address on your account, and we will cancel it for you.

What happens when you cancel

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
You keep full access to Glance until then.
You will not be charged again after cancelling.
You won't receive a refund or credit for the rest of the current billing period, except under our first-purchase guarantee (see below).

Refunds

If Glance doesn't work on your computer, you can get a full refund of your first payment by emailing us within 7 days of that payment. If you are charged after cancelling, or charged in error, we will refund that charge. Full details are in our Return and Refund Policy.

Changing plans

To switch plans, cancel your current subscription and purchase the new plan. Or email us and we will help you switch without losing access.

If we cancel your subscription

We may cancel or suspend a subscription if a payment fails and isn't resolved, or if the account violates our Terms of Service. If we discontinue Glance entirely, we will notify you in advance and refund any prepaid time you have not used.
